Dear Sir/Madam:
I would like to reissue my  Permanent Resident Card, because I lost my PR Card last month when I was shopping in Shop Grog Market. I copied my PR Card in the store at that day. When I returned home, I found I forgot my  Permanent Resident Card in the Shop Grog Market. So I went back to look for my PR Card, but I can't find it. I looked around the machine and asked the staff of the store. I told them, they might phone to me if they find out my PR Card. But one month passed, I have no information from the store. So I witted you to reissue my Permanent Resident Card.

Thank you!
